16-year-old girl struck by gunfire while inside her home near 58th and Silver Spring

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 16-year-old girl was struck by gunfire while she was inside her home near 58th and Silver Spring on Sunday, Oct. 18.
It happened just after 10:15 p.m.
According to police, the teen was transported to Froedtert for treatment. She is expected to survive.
