16-Year-Old Arrested After Having BB Gun at Skate Park

West Allis Police Officers responded to the skate park located at 84th and National Avenue for a report of a person with a gun on October 13.

According to West Allis Police, dispatch advised a party was armed with a gun and was last seen walking east on National Avenue from the skate park.

Officers located a group of males walking in the area. Investigation revealed a 16-year-old male was involved in a physical fight with 22-year-old male at the skate park.

One of the parties with the 16 year old admitted to having a BB gun which was discarded prior to the arrival of the police.

The BB gun was located.

Two parties were arrested for disorderly conduct and another party was arrested for disorderly conduct while armed.
