15-year-old injured in shooting near 24th and Pierce

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that left a 15-year-old boy injured Tuesday evening, July 11.

Officials say it happened around 5:20 p.m. near 24th and Pierce.

The child arrived at an area hospital for treatment of a non-fatal injury. 

The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under investigation.
