Storms ending into the overnight
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened around 2:55 p.m. on Sunday, August 27 in an alley in the 1400 block between S. 9th and S. 10th Street.
A suspect in a car fired shots and a 12-year-old boy was hit by gunfire.
Witnesses tell CBS 58 they heard several shots fired near the alley. One witness says they saw a truck take off quickly after the shooting.
Neighbors say they've heard several shots fired late at night, multiple times this week.
The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, but at this time is expected to survive.
Milwaukee Police are looking for the suspect.
