MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 28-year-old Milwaukee man has died, and another victim was seriously injured following a double shooting Monday night, June 5. 

Police say it happened around 6:44 p.m. near 13th and Holt Avenue. 

The 28-year-old man died of his injuries at an area hospital.

A second victim, a 27-year-old Milwaukee man, is said to be in critical condition. 

Authorities say the shooting victims showed up at Ascension St. Francis Hospital in a black SUV. 

Witnesses also reported seeing US Marshals on-scene at the hospital. 

Police say a 28-year-old Greenfield man is in custody.

Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
