1:00 PM Update...Winter Storm Warning in Effect

Update as of 1:00 PM Sunday...

The entire viewing area remains under a Winter Storm Warning until 8:00 PM Sunday. 6-10" of snow can be expected for everyone before all is said and done this evening.  Please drive with extreme caution if you have to travel today.  This includes the Packers game today in Green Bay.  Allow plenty of extra time.

The light to moderate snow will continue through 8 pm tonight; however, the intensity as we go through the evening will likely diminish.  With temperatures in the 20s, accumulation will remain an issue on the roads, especially secondary and side roads that haven't been treated or plowed.

From now until 8 pm we are expecting an additional 1" to 3" of snow to fall; that's on top of what's already on the ground.

Falling snow won't be an issue for the morning commute, but roads will continue to be slick in spots.  Expect temperatures in the teens when you wake up Monday morning.
