MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- We could always use a few new friends. How about "Robin The Moose" at the Milwaukee Co. Zoo? You can block off a time to visit and feed her through the end of April. It's all part of the "Wild Connections" program at the zoo. There are other animals too, including birds, caribou, rhinos, and giraffes.
Keep in mind if you stop and see Robin, she's a little bigger than you. Ok, a lot bigger. Some 900 pounds, and she stands close to 7 feet tall. She loves eating apples, bananas, pears, and a whole bunch of brush. Click here if you're interested in taking part in "Wild Connections." Masks are required along with proper social distancing when on the zoo grounds. There are some restrictions when signing up for this program as well. Make sure to read the guidelines on the zoo's site as well.
