MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee woman charged in connection to her own sister's murder was sentenced on Thursday, Jan. 15. 

In June of 2025, 30-year-old Ashley Hudson was shot and killed by her 15-year-old brother, Hezile Frison, right outside the Park East Lofts near MLK and Vliet. 

Hudson's sister, 21-year-old Aaliyah Frison, was charged with battery after witnesses saw her beating Hudson with a baseball bat just prior to the shooting. 

Frison pleaded guilty in October to the battery charge. 

In court Thursday, she was sentenced to two years probation. 

Hezile Frison was charged as an adult in connection to the murder and is due back in court Feb. 26.
