Woman killed after crashing into tree near 46th and Congress

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 34-year-old woman is dead following a single-vehicle crash near 46th and Congress early Friday, Jan. 17.
Authorities say around 1:45 a.m., the victim struck a tree driving eastbound around a curve in the roadway on Congress Street.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash is under investigation by the Milwaukee Police Department.
