Woman Found Frozen was Heading to Packers Party

Milwaukee Police have identified the woman found frozen on her back stairs as 64-year-old Mary Perez.

Family told investigators on Sunday she was headed to a Packers party where she would likely be drinking.

She was found dead outside her apartment on 15th and Rogers on Monday.

The medical examiner says she was not dressed appropriately for the weather.
