Woman arrested in Marathon County for driving under the influence with 7-year-old passenger

MARATHON COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 40-year-old Keshena woman was arrested for OWI over the weekend.

A Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper pulled over a vehicle for an equipment violation on Saturday on HWY 29 near Duncan Road.

During the traffic stop, it was found that the driver was operating under the influence.

The driver had a 7-year-old child with her at the time.

The woman was arrested for OWI, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Formal charges are pending.
