MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A woman accused of killing her 4-year-old son by tying him up and setting him on fire in the bathtub is not happy with the results of her doctors report.
On Friday in court, Amelia Distasios attorney said when she read her the doctors report before the court appearance Amelia would not let the attorney finish reading it.
Amelia had two choices to either agree with the report or request a hearing. Because Amelia did not agree with the doctors report a hearing was scheduled for November 13.
None of the details of the report were revealed during Friday's hearing.
Distasio is facing life in prison.
