MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Wisconsin drivers have an improved tool while on the roads. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) has upgraded the 511 Wisconsin Traveler Information System. Jon Riemann from WisDOT stopped by CBS 58 on Tuesday, Feb. 25 to talk about what's new on the app.
