WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) – The Wisconsin State Fair is in full swing and nothing screams “Wisconsin” quite like a cream puff.
People come out in droves to get their hands on the tasty treat and CBS 58 Morning Anchor Whitney Martin wanted to find out how to properly eat a cream puff.
Every year, around 400,000 cream puffs are made for the State Fair. To make all of those sweet treats, bakers use 830 pounds of butter and 2,400 pounds of cream.
Watch the video above to go behind-the-scenes with Whitney.
