MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Democratic National Convention in Milwaukee is 333 days away.
While Fiserv Forum has gotten a lot of the attention, the Wisconsin Center held an event Thursday to showcase it's ability to host large and small gatherings for the DNC and other groups.
"This is an opportunity for us to showcase the type of events we can put together for a group as small as 20 or as many as 2,000, to people who are planning those kinds of events but don't think of us," said Wisconsin Center CEO Marty Brooks."This is all about creating awareness."
Brooks added that the Wisconsin Center is already getting extra bookings just from the DNC announcement.
