A recent study is suggesting drinking wine before bed could encourage weight loss, according to The Drinks Business.

Scientists at Washington State University said reservatol helps turn body-hugging fat into quick-burning fat.

The study fed mice a high-fat diet and gave a selection of the mice reservatol.

Another study by Harvard University found those who consumed around two glasses of wine per day were 70% less likely to be obese.

That study looked at a sample of 20,000 people.
