Wilson delivers with 25 and 10 in MU road win

NEWARK, NJ - Jamil Wilson scored 25 points, including 14 in the first five and a half minutes of action, and added 10 rebounds to lead Marquette past Seton Hall 77-66 Tuesday in a momentum-building road win for the Golden Eagles.
Wilson staked MU to a double-digit lead early in the first half, then came through again late in a second half that featured many lead changes. Wilson bucket gave MU the lead for good, 58-56 with six and a half minutes to play.
Davante Gardner added 16, and Todd Mayo contributed 11 for Marquette (14-10). The Golden Eagles hit 30-of-34 free throws in the win. They face Xavier and Creighton in back-to-back home games in a crucial stretch starting Saturday.
