WI Man Sentenced for Using His Barbershop and Baitshop to Have Sex with Minors

A Menominee man was sentenced for using his barber shop and bait shop to hire minors for the purpose of paying them in return for sexual activities.

Brian L. Kelley (age: 36) of the Menominee Indian Reservation was sentenced to federal prison.

According to the plea agreement and other documents filed with the court, Kelley used his position as a barber shop owner and bait shop proprietor to hire minors for the purpose of paying them in return for sexual activities.

Kelley was sentenced to 72 months in federal prison followed by 10 years of supervised release.
