Whitefish Bay police investigating after contractors have tools stolen
The Whitefish Bay Police Department is currently investigating three separate thefts from contractors.
The contractors reported that between 7:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, they had valuable tools stolen from vehicles and trailers parked on the streets while they worked on homes in Whitefish Bay.
According to police, there were two suspects involved. One suspect is described as a black male, 6'0 tall, 150 pounds, wearing a dark blue t-shirt, and dark blue jeans. There is no description of the second suspect.
The suspects were last seen in a silver older style minivan, possibly a Dodge Caravan with unknown Wisconsin license plates.
The Whitefish Bay Police Department asks anyone with information to call them.
Police also advise contractors to secure their tools.
