What Happened to The Weather?
We told you, and it happened . Drastic changes in the temperatures in just a few hours. Luckily, we avoided severe weather for the most part. But you have to admit, the "pneumonia" front really did its thing. We were in the 70s Monday morning and by mid-afternoon, most of us were "feeling the forties."
Now Mother Nature has calmed herself down at least for now. Lows for seasonably cool highs today with readings in the 40s to low 50s. Tomorrow will be a milder and sunnier day altogether. In fact, some of us will shoot up into the 60s away from the lake.
Another complex storm system begins to affect us on Thursday with showers.
Scattered showers and even storms will then enter the forecast on Good Friday and Saturday. But by Easter Sunday, it should clear out nicely, and we'll be left with really nice conditions. Then it looks like things get a little more unsettled by the middle of next week.
Yesterday was a prime example why you need to download the free CBS58 weather app. It's a great way to stay ahead of the storm before it strikes. And you get weather alerts once they're issued. This is a must have for severe weather season.
