West Milwaukee police search for bank robbery suspect

WEST MILWAUKEE -- West Milwaukee police are searching for the man who robbed the Landmark Credit Union near Miller Park Way and National Ave. on November 13th.


According to police, the male suspect entered the bank and approached the teller with a package. He demanded money from the teller, exited the bank, and left behind the package.


The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Bomb Squad was called to the scene, and determined the package was not dangerous. 


The suspect has been described as an African American male with a salt and pepper beard. Police say the man is approximately 50 years old.
