WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) --- The West Allis Police Department is searching for a missing 15-year-old girl who was last seen Monday morning, April 26.

Officials say Kiley Falkner may be traveling with an adult man, who has not yet been identified. A third party told police Falkner allegedly made statements of wanting to leave the state.

Police describe Falkner as 5'10 and 172 pounds with bleach blonde hair and a medium build.

She was last seen wearing a pink and yellow checkered sweatshirt, light blue ripped jeans, and mismatched shoes. One shoe is a white and black checkered VANS and the other is a red-flamed checkered VANS.

If you know the whereabouts or any information about Falkner, you are urged to call law enforcement immediately.
