West Allis police: Altercation leads to shooting near 60th and Burnham

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- West Allis police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Tuesday, May 25.

Police say it happened at a residence near 60th and Burnham around 6:53 p.m.

An initial investigation indicates the shooting stemmed from an altercation between individuals known to one another. 

One male victim was taken to a local hospital for his injuries. 

Police say two male suspects are in custody and there is no danger to the general public.
