Stretch of hot weather continues for the first few days of October
WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A garage fire is under investigation in West Allis.
The West Allis Fire Department was called out to a fully-involved detached garage fire around 8:35 p.m. Wednesday near 79th and Manitoba Street.
The Fire Department says that they were able to put the fire out in 9 minutes.
The garage and car inside were reported to be a total loss. A wooden fence was damaged and there was also some minor damage done to the home.
There were no injuries reported.
No one was displaced.
There is currently no dollar estimate of the damage.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
