West Allis attack victim speaks out

West Allis - Tayevon Keaton spoke with CBS 58 after doctors released him from the hospital. Police say he suffered injuries from a single punch. Tayevon says he was punched in the head back on May 8th while walking home from school. The 14-year-old says 18-year-old LeAndre Edu-White attacked him. Tayevon's mother says her son has undergone two brain surgeries due to bleeding in his brain, which caused his brain to shift.


LeAndre Edu-White has been charged with two counts of physical abuse of a child causing bodily harm. He could face up to ten years in prison, if he is convicted on the two counts. According to court documents, LeAndre Edu-White faces a battery charge on a separate case. LeAndre Edu-White remains in police custody.
