MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- There's a new place to stop for coffee and a bite on Milwaukee's north side.
We stopped by for Tuesday's soft opening of the Rise & Grind Cafe at the Sherman Phoenix business park on 35th and Fond Du Lac.
This is the second Rise & Grind Cafe -- there's also one on Martin Luther King Drive.
One of the co-owners told us how this new spot wound up at Sherman Phoenix.
"I think it was probably divine," said Larina Hightower. "We were supposed to move into a different location that actually didn't work out for us, and then we were invited to be a part of Sherman Phoenix. We're excited to be here. Sherman Phoenix is the place to be. It's hot here."
Rise & Grind offers a breakfast and lunch menu along with its coffee list.
