MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Wisconsin is opening up but businesses, especially small businesses, are continuing to struggle. A new program is there to lend a helping hand with an infusion of cash. CBS 58 spoke with the head of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) to talk about "We're All In" grants.
