iStock/Kenishirotie MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The annual winter moratorium from We Energies is now in effect. That means the company is prohibited from disconnecting services to people who might miss a heating payment.
The moratorium started Saturday, Nov. 1 and is in effect until April 2026.
