We Energies gives out 2013 Cookie Book!

MILWAUKEE -- Thousands of people stood in line for about an hour at Miller Park for free cookies, hot chocolate and a We Energies Cookie Book! Kids also got the chance to take pictures with Prancer and Dancer during this fun filled event.
