Wauwatosa police seek suspect in shooting at Papa Johns

WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wauwatosa police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect in an attempted homicide that occurred at Papa Johns back in December. 

Police say a shooting occurred during an altercation between two people on Dec. 10, 2022, at the location on 115th and North Avenue.

The suspect fired a handgun at the victim, causing minor injuries to the victim's face and damaging Papa Johns property. 

The suspect is described as a Black male, 30-45 years old, 5'6"-5'9" with a short, afro hairstyle, medium build and thin goatee. 

He was last seen wearing a white Adidas hooded sweatshirt, black athletic pants, white Adidas shoes and a black Milwaukee Brewers baseball cap with the old logo. 

The suspect vehicle is described as an older model, dark-colored sedan -- possibly a Lexus.
