MILWAUKEE (CBS58) -- The Wauwatosa Police Department is looking to spread the love on Valentine's Day this year. The department is hosting its 2nd annual 'Will You Be My Valentine?' program to send cards to seniors.

The Community Support Division's goal is to collect 100 handmade cards for the Oak Park Assisted Living Facility. Then on Friday, Feb. 11 the decorated Valentine's cards will be presented to the residents.

Police stations will supply pink heart cards for anyone to fill out, or you can submit your own card designs. The department is encouraging families to get kids involved to make something sweet and artistic. 

According to the department's Facebook post, anyone can stop by the police station on North 116th Street to pick up the pink heart cards. Cards will also be accepted at that location.
