Waukesha woman calls 911 to report seeing bloody arm, leg sticking out of SUV trunk

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A driver had quite the fright after calling the Sheriff's Office to report seeing a bloody arm and leg sticking out of the trunk of an SUV.

The caller reported the incident around 4 p.m. on April 30.

Jackson Police spotted the vehicle and stopped it near Richfield.

The driver of the vehicle, a 51-year-old Waukesha woman, told police it was a Halloween prop that she had been driving with for a long time. The woman said she had never been stopped before.
