Waukesha teacher pleads not guilty to child abuse charges, bound over for trial

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Heather Miller was bound over for trial on child abuse and recklessly endangering safety charges Monday, Oct. 24.

Miller worked at The Lawrence School, a child care center in Waukesha.

She's accused of slamming a child face down into a crib. She denies hurting the child.

On Monday, a not guilty plea was entered on Miller's behalf.

Her next court date is Dec. 2.
