Waukesha Police notify of registered sex offender being released

The Waukesha Police Department released information about a sex offender's re-entry into the community. The police department said in a statement, \"His criminal history places him in a classification level which reflects the potential to reoffend.\"
Brandon Melton will be living at 1356 East Moreland Boulevard. 
Melton is 25 years-old and weighs 185-pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He has a pierced left ear and 3-inch scar on left eyelid.
Melton engaged in non-forced sexual intercourse with a 13 year old acquaintance.  While out on bail for this offense, he touched the buttocks of three other 13 year old acquaintances.  At age 16 he exposed his penis to a 10 year old male acquaintance.  At age 16, he grabbed the breasts and stomach of a 14 year old acquaintance who was walking home from school.  
He will be a life registrant with the sex offender registry and will be submitting to face-to-face registration with law enforcement.  He is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no taverns/bars/liquor stores, no contact with victim and not to purchase/possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs.  He is to comply with sex offender rules and will be on G.P.S. monitoring while under supervision.
