Waukesha District Attorney Holds Clinic for Helping Seniors Avoid Being Ripped Off

Helping seniors avoid being ripped off is the goal of an afternoon get-together hosted by the Waukesha County District Attorney.

A study by the national center on elder abuse reports the likelihood of seniors being targeted by scammers increases with age.

Many crimes go undetected every year.

D.A. Susan Copper will lead a discussion on common identity theft schemes and how to avoid them.  it starts at two this afternoon at the Village at the Falls Retirement Community in Menomonee Falls.
