President Donald Trump is scheduled to tour and host a round table discussion at Waukesha County Technical College on Tuesday.
He'll be joined by his daughter Ivanka, Governor Scott Walker, and Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta.
Trump's visit coincides with the White House's "Workfoce Development Week."
The discussions will focus on expanding apprenticeship programs to community colleges, all to help train a workforce that can fill open manufacturing and trade jobs.
Waukesha County Technical College works closely with more than 150 employers to provide apprenticeships in 11 different career paths.
CBS 58 spoke with one apprentice at WCTC Tuesday morning and says he'll be watching Trump's visit closely.
“I think it’s good, I think our country definitely needs some type of injection in the job market, and I think apprentices are valuable to that, and I think it’s good that he’s doing that," said Daylan Love.
Trump's visit is closed to the public.
