RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) --  Justin Stocks, an 18-year-old Waterford man is facing charges of disorderly conduct, use of a dangerous weapon after pulling a gun on several men on November 30.

Officers were dispatched for a complaint of a man with a gun on Washington Avenue in the Town of Dover.

According to the criminal complaint, the victim was driving with two other passengers when an older model black Ford pick-up truck pulled into a driveway and kicked rocks onto his vehicle and the trailer he was driving.

As the victim pulled into the driveway after the truck to talk to the driver, a man, later identified as Stocks, exited the residence upset with a shotgun in his hand. According to the criminal complaint, the man cocked the shotgun and began to yell "get the f*** off my property."

The victim stated that he was only there to talk about the damage done to his vehicle, but Stocks said he was going to make them leave. Stocks allegedly chambered a round in the shotgun and angled it at their direction. Police then responded to the scene.
