Milwaukee (CBS 58) -- The area near Oakland and Kenwood is currently closed off until further notice as crews work to fix a water main break.
The water main break happened around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon.
According to a spokesperson for the DPW, it was a 16-inch main that broke. Water is no longer going into the street and crews remain on scene.
Water has been shut off on Kenwood between Oakland and Bartlett.
It's currently undetermined what caused the break.
The intersection is closed until further notice.
