ELKHORN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Walworth County medical examiner identified the woman found dead in Elkhorn as 62-year-old Jody Marzello.
Marzello was found dead in a home on Pine Court after deputies arrived at the residence for a fight between two men.
Officials say Joseph Christman, 38, is in custody for charges related to the fight -- not the woman's death.
He's being held on $500,000 cash bond and is currently charged with first degree attempted homicide, aggravated battery, strangulation and suffocation, and more in connection to the fight he had with his roommate.
CBS 58 talked with neighbor Billy Plant, who shared video of the scene.
"Yeah, it's just crazy, you know, it's very unfortunate that someone died over there," Plant said. "I never thought that that would happen across the street, especially living in such a nice neighborhood like this."
