ELKHORN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 62-year-old woman is dead, and one person is in custody following a disturbance involving a fight on Sat., Feb. 21.

The Walworth County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene at around 7:31 p.m., along Pine Court in Elkhorn, in the Town of Lafayette.

Deputies found two men inside the residence fighting, both with apparent injuries and were bleeding. 

Both were detained, and while searching the residence, officials found the 62-year-old woman unconscious in a bedroom. The woman died at the scene. 

The two men who were fighting were taken to a local hospital.

The Walworth County Sheriff's Office says a person of interest is in custody.

Officials say this is an isolated incident, and there is no threat to the community.
