Walmart employee's call to Brown Deer police leads to arrest of woman with eight warrants

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A woman wanted in two counties was arrested after a Walmart employee called police to report a suspicious vehicle.

According to investigators, the employee called police just before 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday June 12 for a vehicle that had been in the parking lot for ten minutes.

Officers responded and spoke with two Milwaukee women who said they were using Walmart's WiFi. Police say the 24-year-old driver gave multiple fake names and was arrested for obstructing. They later learned she had a total of eight warrants through the Racine County Sheriff's Office, Mount Pleasant Police, and the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department.

Brown Deer Police say she was then turned over to the Racine County Sheriff's Office.
