'Wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy': Kesha bringing 'The Gag Order Tour' to Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Pop sensation Kesha is set to take the stage in Milwaukee with "The Gag Order Tour" on Saturday, Nov. 11.
The Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter will perform at The Rave / Eagles Club, delivering a mix of past hits and new favorites from her latest album, "Gag Order."
Fans can expect a blend of Kesha's musical journey, from chart-topping singles to her most recent work. "Gag Order," produced by Rick Rubin and Kesha herself, has received early acclaim, hailed for its experimental sound and lyrical vulnerability.
Kesha's success has vaulted since her start as the uncredited backing vocalist on rapper Flo Rida's chart-topping single "Right Round" in 2009. She has since sold over 100 million records worldwide, including over 87 million tracks and streams.
She also has 40.5 million records certified in the U.S. alone.
Her critical acclaim has also been consistent, as she has been nominated for awards that include seven Billboard Music Awards, two Grammy Awards and five MTV Video Music Awards. Among her wins are the MTV Europe Music Award for Best New Act in 2010 and the Billboard Women in Music Trailblazer Award.
The concert will feature support from Jake Wesley Rogers.
