FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) – Volition Franklin, a community coalition in Franklin, is focused on substance misuse prevention.
The coalition works to give people the opportunity to address community need and create programs for city residents.
Ellen Henry with the Franklin Health Department joined CBS 58 to talk more about the coalition and public health.
