MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – A vigil will be held Tuesday evening to honor 2-year-old Noelani Robinson.
Police say Robinson’s father, Dariaz Higgins, took off with her sparking a nationwide AMBER Alert.
Higgins was arrested at a motel last Wednesday, but Robinson wasn’t with him. She was found two days later in Minnesota.
An organization that stands against child abuse and neglect is organizing the vigil that will be held near 8th and Concordia at 6:30 p.m.
Higgins is facing charges for the death of Robinson's mother, Sierra.
