VIDEO: Rare birth of triplet pandas caught on camera

CHINA -- China is confirming the birth of triplet pandas that took place a couple weeks ago. They didn't go public until now when they were sure the cubs would make it. The Chinese say the triplets were onlly the fourth known to have been born in the world through artificial breeding.
