Video: Police rescue 12-year-old boy who fell through ice on Wisconsin River

PORTAGE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A police bodycam caught the moment officers saved a 12-year-old boy who fell through ice in Columbia County.
It happened Thursday, March 4, on the Wisconsin River in Portage.
Authorities found the boy about 20-30 yards out on the ice, along with another child who fell in close to shore.
Both are expected to be okay.
Police hope the video will raise awareness about the dangers of frozen rivers, especially as temperatures increase.
