Victim Shot Near Jefferson Lighthouse Elementary in Racine

RACINE - A 47-year-old victim was shot after a verbal argument. It happened around 11 a.m. this afternoon in the area of 6th and Jones.
The Racine Police Department conducted a neighborhood canvas and has a person of interest in custody for questioning.
