MCSO: Vehicle struck by gunfire, freeway closed near Highway 145 and Silver Spring

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A freeway closure is underway on Highway 145 northbound near Silver Spring, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, as deputies investigate a report of shots fired Friday afternoon, Feb. 13.
Officials say a vehicle was struck, and no injuries were reported.
All vehicles are being diverted off the freeway at Silver Spring Road.
