UW-Whitewater football wins sixth national title

SALEM, Virginia--The UW-Whitewater Warhawks defeated Mount Union 43-34, earning their second consecutive national championship--sixth overall in football.
The win continues a 32-game winning streak from the Warhawks dating back to 2013.
Warhawks coach Lance Leipold leaves his alma mater, winning all six national titles as head coach. He leaves for the University of Buffalo.
