MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee students are being warned to be alert after a boy attempted to rob a student on campus.
On Sunday, students received a safety alert that someone, possibly as young as 10-years-old, used a gun in an attempted robbery.
The incident occurred near Cramer St. and Hartford Ave. around 3 p.m. No one was hurt in the incident and the suspect did not get anything.
Police say the boy was between 10 and 13-years-old. He’s described as having brown hair and wearing a red and yellow jacket. He was seen getting into a gray sedan driven by an adult.
