Update: Racine Police release name of Taylor Avenue homicide victim's name

Racine Police are investigating an overnight shooting at 1634 Taylor Avenue. It happened at 8:45 PM on Sunday, September 20.
Vaughan Chattman was pronounced dead. Police tell CBS 58 they do not have any suspects in custody, but there is no threat to the public at this time.
Racine Police Department continues to investigate and seek information.
